Tony is the founder and manager of the IFG Opportunity Fund, LLC (the parent and lender to stockholderloan.com), a fund that provides loans to stockholders of publicly traded companies. Tony is also the founder and president of the Crisnic Fund, S.A., an offshore fund that acts as the underwriter for indirect primary offerings for U.S. based publicly traded companies in the small capitalization marketplace. Tony has 27 years experience in the financial services industry. Prior to forming IFG and the Crisnic Fund, Tony was the founder of Institutional Finance Group; a company that structured private placement transactions for publicly traded companies. Institutional Finance arranged and placed approximately 220 million in equity and debt financing for these companies.

Previously, Tony was a VP with Bear Stearns in their Private Client Services Group, where he managed individual and corporate portfolios.  Tony was also a senior vice president in the Executive Services Group at Gruntal and Company. Tony began his career in financial services with Pioneer Western Corporation, now part of the Aegon Group. While there Tony earned the distinction of being the youngest person to become part of Chairman’s council. Fluent in both Italian and Spanish, he has a reputation for doing ethical and fair business all over the world.
